What We Collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organization, location, the message you write and any dates you offer for a call or site visit. The form sends this information to Dardania AI by email and records it in a private spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account, which only authorized team members can access. We use it to reply to you and to arrange the conversation or visit you asked for.
Email. If you email us directly we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, visit duration, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, the site that referred you, and whether the contact form was sent. It uses cookies and a random identifier for your browser; it does not store your IP address, and we do not combine it with your name or email. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Kosovo it runs only after you consent; elsewhere you can opt out. See our cookie policy for details.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and timestamps for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for 30 days.
Legal Basis
We process contact-form and email data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We process analytics and log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, and, where the law requires it (for example for Google Analytics in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Kosovo), on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the Cookie settings link.
Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you: our email and document provider (Google Workspace), our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and our analytics provider (Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd.). Some of these providers are located outside Kosovo and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that is the case we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We do not sell personal data.
How Long We Keep It
Contact-form and email data is kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted; after that we keep only aggregated reports.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Kosovo’s Law on Protection of Personal Data you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of data you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@dardania.ai. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, including the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last changed.
